Job summary

Foundation Partners, a fast-growing jewellery brand, seeks a commercially minded Product & Operations Manager to own operations, reporting, and systems across buying, 3PL and finance. You will report to the CEO and help scale processes while delivering strong customer experience and profitability.

You will drive KPI reporting, forecasting, stock analysis, and platform management with ShopifyPlus, Unleashed, A2X, and Xero. This role blends data, tech and hands-on execution in a lean team.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a finance, product or operations role in a DTC brand.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset with data-driven decisions.
• Experience with ShopifyPlus, A2X, Unleashed, and Xero.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Own weekly and monthly reporting of operational and financial KPIs.
• Coordinate with marketing on demand forecasting and stock management.
• Ensure Unleashed SKU data and margins are accurately loaded.
• Oversee ecommerce platform backend including ShopifyPlus, A2X, Unleashed, Xero.
• Improve workflows to drive profit and customer experience.
