Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a senior procurement leader to build and scale a global procurement function from the ground up. You will own strategy, supplier relationships, and commercial negotiations across a multinational network, influencing profitability and continuity.

You will lead telecom partnerships, establish governance frameworks, and align procurement with product and growth objectives in a fast-moving, international environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of procurement leadership experience in scale-ups/tech environments.
• Experience building procurement functions, policies and vendor management processes.
• Expertise in international contract negotiations for complex services.
• Experience in financial analysis of supplier costs and savings opportunities.
• Strong leadership and ability to design scalable processes.
• Strategic thinker balancing cost with quality, reliability, risk.
• Experience cross-functionally with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in telecom, connectivity or SaaS environments desirable.
• Knowledge of international vendor compliance and cross-border operations.
• Proactive, commercially minded with autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the global procurement strategy to support expansion.
• Lead high-value negotiations with telecom and connectivity partners for pricing, SLAs, terms and performance.
• Establish company-wide procurement policies, processes, and vendor risk frameworks for scaling.
• Analyze and optimize global supplier spend for savings without compromising quality.
• Develop supplier performance metrics across 200+ destinations.
• Build scalable vendor management workflows for accountability and relationships.
• Partner with finance, product, operations and other senior stakeholders on procurement priorities.
• Develop procurement processes to support increasing complexity and international growth.
• Provide strategic leadership on supplier risk and commercial opportunities with strong analysis.
• Establish procurement as a strategic business function driving profitability and resilience.
