You will own the creative strategy behind paid ads, from ideation and angles to briefing, testing, iteration, and scaling, working with media buyers, editors, and founders to push performance while preserving brand vision.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Creative Strategist for D2C brands.
• Strong background in direct response advertising.
• Deep understanding of Meta & TikTok ad creatives.
• Experience scaling ads (not just launching them).
• Strong copy instincts (hooks, headlines, CTAs).
• Data-driven mindset with creative intuition.
• Ability to move fast, test fast, and learn fast.

Responsibilities

• Own creative strategy behind paid ads from ideation to scaling.
• Write briefs for UGC creators and editors.
• Collaborate with media buyers to align creative & performance.
• Turn insights and customer feedback into compelling ad concepts.
• Analyze performance data (hooks, CTR, CPA, ROAS) and iterate.
• Identify winning creatives and scale winners.
