Job summary

Reach Digital is an AI-first performance marketing agency helping eCommerce brands scale through creative, paid media, and landing pages. We are a fully remote team of creatives, editors, and growth strategists committed to growth through data-driven testing.

As a Creative Strategist at Reach, you own the creative end-to-end, researching, developing ad angles, writing hooks, and building briefs that our editors execute, working directly with brand partners and growth/design teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of digital marketing experience.
• Understanding of paid media and content types that convert.
• Enjoy brainstorming ad angles and concepts and turning them into briefs.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Analyze performance, brainstorm ad angles and hook variations, and write briefs weekly for editors.
• Own the creative strategy for brand partners, maintaining a living strategy doc.
• Stay current on platform trends and translate into testable concepts for accounts.
• Work with 3-5 brand partners at a time, digging deep into their creative and building winning ads.
