Job summary

Jobgether SRL, a fast-growing health and wellness DTC brand, seeks a Head of Performance Creative to own strategy across products and paid media. This remote UK-based role combines hands-on creative judgment with leadership of internal teams and external agencies to deliver measurable growth.

You will drive testing, optimize campaigns, and build scalable creative systems while balancing storytelling with direct-response results for multi-product acquisition.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading performance creative strategy for a high-growth DTC or eCommerce brand.
• Demonstrated success developing, testing, and scaling paid advertising concepts on Meta platforms.
• Experience mentoring creative strategists and managing agency partners.
• Deep understanding of direct-response marketing, psychology, and CPA/ROAS metrics.
• Strong ability to turn data into clear creative decisions and scalable processes.

Responsibilities

• Own performance creative strategy and a structured testing framework aligned with profitability targets.
• Identify growth opportunities through research, psychology, and market trends.
• Build a scalable creative pipeline with original concepts and refreshed assets.
• Lead and develop internal creatives and manage external agency partners.
• Translate ROAS and CPA data into decisions on concept scaling, retesting, or discontinuation.
• Leverage analytics dashboards to measure creative effectiveness and optimize spend.
