Job summary

Affluent is seeking a Creative Strategist to develop and scale high-performing creative systems for a portfolio of ambitious DTC brands. You will bridge creative, performance marketing, customer psychology, and commercial strategy—transforming insights into scalable growth.

You will lead the development of winning creative strategies, manage multiple brands, and collaborate with internal teams to drive revenue impact across campaigns on Meta and other paid channels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in creative strategy or related field.
• Experience with DTC or e-commerce brands.
• Strong understanding of Meta advertising and performance creative.
• Ability to translate insights into creative recommendations.
• Agency experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own creative strategy across a portfolio of 3–4 DTC brands.
• Develop insights, messaging frameworks, offers, and creative angles.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance through stronger creative thinking.
• Build testing roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Translate commercial goals into actionable creative strategies.
• Lead ideation sessions and develop hooks, concepts, scripts, and briefs.
• Analyze creative performance across paid social channels; present findings.
