Job summary

Reach Digital seeks a Creative Strategist to own the creative end-to-end, researching, developing ad angles, writing hooks, and building creative briefs that editors execute, working directly with brand partners and growth/design teams.

You will analyze performance, stay ahead of platform trends, and manage 3–5 brand partners, delivering new winning ads in a fully remote role aligned to US hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of digital marketing experience.
• Understanding of paid media and what content converts.
• Enjoy brainstorming ad angles and concepts to life.
• Detail-orientated, organized, able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing performance and brainstorming ad angles and hooks weekly for the editing team.
• Own the creative strategy for brand partners with a living strategy doc.
• Stay current on platform trends, formats, and policy changes and translate into testable concepts.
• Work with 3–5 brand partners at a time, deep-diving into their creative and building winning ads.
