Job summary

DCS Group (UK) Ltd is recruiting a Learning & Development Business Partner to lead the Group-wide People Manager Excellence Programme on a maternity-cover basis. Reporting to the Head of Learning and Development, you will partner with senior leaders to strengthen leadership capability and drive high performance.

You will design engaging workshops, coach leaders, and ensure compliant, accessible learning content; manage LMS, records, and delivery across Band 4–6 managers in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Proven Learning and Development experience with leadership and people-management development.
• Experience designing and delivering leadership development programmes.
• Excellent facilitation skills for in-person and virtual audiences.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing across levels.
• Coaching experience and growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver leadership development programmes and masterclasses.
• Maintain quality and delivery of the People Manager Excellence Programme.
• Manage programme logistics and participant experience.
• Act as internal coach and consultant to leaders.
• Identify development needs with HR and senior stakeholders.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness and business impact.
• Develop digital learning content aligned with leadership competencies.
• Support LMS management and training records compliance.
