Job summary

DCS Group is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Business Partner to cover maternity, leading the Group-wide People Manager Excellence Programme for Band 4–6 managers. You will partner with senior leaders and HR to strengthen leadership capability and drive high performance through engaging development interventions.

You will design, deliver and evaluate learning solutions, manage LMS content, and ensure compliance and audit readiness across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Proven Learning & Development experience, with leadership focus.
• Experience designing and delivering leadership development programmes.
• Excellent facilitation and storytelling skills in person and virtual.
• Able to partner with senior stakeholders and influence across levels.
• Strong knowledge of leadership theory and modern people-management practices.
• Coaching experience with a growth-minded approach.
• Comfort with LMS and digital learning pathways.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior stakeholders to maintain support for manager development.
• Maintain the People Manager Excellence Programme quality and delivery.
• Manage programme logistics for a professional participant experience.
• Design and deliver workshops, masterclasses, coaching and eLearning.
• Act as internal coach and consultant for leaders’ development.
• Identify development needs with HR and senior stakeholders.
• Support managers on performance, development, wellbeing and engagement.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness via feedback and business outcomes.
• Create accessible digital learning content aligned with leadership values.
• Maintain Learning Management System and training records.
