Job summary

Passivhaus Trust in the UK is seeking an experienced IT and digital coordinator. You will be the go-to person for all things tech, and you’ll also run the digital side of our events, supporting webinars, AV and hybrid formats.

Location is remote with the legal right to work in the UK, with occasional visits to our London N1 office and event venues. The role is permanent part-time (2–3 days a week) with flexible patterns.

Qualifications

• Professional experience administering WordPress/web hosts, Zoom or Teams, Microsoft 365, automation tools (Zapier), CRMs like ActiveCampaign, event AV or small non-profits is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage digital systems and provide team support (Microsoft 365, Zapier, CRM administration).
• Host Zoom webinars, coordinate event AV for hybrid and in-person events.
• Create digital assets for the website and support databases and video editing.
• Assist in implementing AI policy and centralised AI tools and training.
