Job summary

Digital Catapult in Belfast is seeking an Events Associate to join the Marcomms Team, supporting the delivery of internal and external events across physical, virtual, and hybrid formats for the UK Digital Twin Centre programme.

You will coordinate logistics, help shape content, manage registrations, and ensure an exceptional guest experience while working closely with internal teams and external partners. The role requires on-site presence at least three days per week.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering events in physical and virtual formats.
• Strong focus on quality and seamless service delivery.
• Experience helping design content for events.
• Willingness to work outside normal hours as part of a team.
• Strong organisation and communication with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scoping and producing events to meet objectives.
• Plan and deliver in-person, hybrid or online events for accelerator programmes.
• Coordinate logistics, registrations, speakers, catering and AV.
• Support event marketing activities and post-event impact measurement.
• Ensure events align with programme goals and audience needs.
