This hybrid, part-time role combines content management, social media coordination, audience engagement, analytics and digital marketing for a technology-focused content series.

Salary is 31,000 GBP pro rata with options for 3 days per week or 5 days at 4 hours per day.

Qualifications

• Experience publishing content across video and audio platforms.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms and growth tactics.
• Experience planning and optimising Google Ads campaigns.
• Knowledge of content scheduling and publishing tools.
• Proficiency with Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
• Familiarity with AI tools for content workflows.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data.

Responsibilities

• Content Publishing: Upload weekly podcast and video content across platforms.
• Social Media Management: Schedule and manage content on LinkedIn, Instagram, X, etc.
• Platform Maintenance: Keep profiles current with branding and links.
• Paid Digital Campaigns: Manage Google Ads campaigns to grow views.
• Content Creation Support: Create visual assets and proofread prior to publication.
• Performance Reporting: Monitor engagement and advertising metrics.
• Audience Growth: Research trends and keywords to improve reach.
• AI-Assisted Distribution: Use AI tools to support clipping and distribution workflows.
• General Digital Support: Assist with wider social content as needed.
