Job summary

CV Screen Ltd is recruiting a part-time Marketing Coordinator for a well-established, multi-branch property services business in the South East. You’ll work remotely three days a week, with occasional meetings in Dartford, Kent, and the maternity cover starts ASAP, paying £28,500-£30,000 pro rata (full-time equivalent).

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing coordination or project support.
• Strong organisation and communication skills.
• Experience working with agencies and suppliers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Keep marketing project plans up to date, chase actions and protect deadlines.
• Help take new campaigns and colleague-focused marketing initiatives from idea to delivery.
• Act as the main contact for agencies, advertising partners, website providers and other suppliers.
• Monitor supplier delivery, budgets and contract renewal dates, and raise concerns early.
• Compile supplier updates and simple progress and performance reports.
