Job summary

Tech-Takeback Foundation is recruiting a Social Impact Coordinator to support our Digital Inclusion Scheme and partnerships. You will manage everyday operations, respond to applications, and work with warehouse and tech teams to ensure device access while safeguarding data under UK GDPR.

You will engage with charities, local authorities and community groups, develop campaigns with businesses, and help measure social impact using recognised frameworks. Flexible hybrid role in the Brighton area.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating programmes and partnerships.
• Ability to communicate clearly with individuals in vulnerable circumstances.
• Experience reviewing applications and maintaining records.
• Awareness of data protection (UK GDPR).
• Collaborative work with warehouse/technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day running of Digital Inclusion Scheme from enquiry to device distribution.
• Manage Foundation inbox, respond to applicants and partners.
• Review and process laptop applications, maintain records and waiting lists.
• Communicate clearly with individuals experiencing difficult circumstances.
• Coordinate with warehouse/technical teams on device availability.
• Follow safeguarding procedures and protect personal information.
