Job summary

Sirona care & health is recruiting a Digital Clinical Systems Facilitator to join the Digital Clinical Systems Team. The role involves home-based work with end users via phone/Teams and on-site support across BNSSG.

You will train staff on EMIS, Connecting Care and Adastra, and collaborate with IT teams to implement new processes. The role requires effective communication, flexibility, and occasional face-to-face meetings on large projects.

Qualifications

• Experience providing frontline clinical system support to end users.
• Ability to train and upskill staff on new systems and processes.
• Excellent communication and flexible attitude in a busy NHS environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical system support to end users across BNSSG.
• Deliver training and onboarding for EMIS, Connecting Care and Adastra.
• Work with IT teams to implement new processes and systems.
• Travel to multiple sites as required and maintain a driving license.
