Job summary

Sirona care & health is recruiting a Digital Clinical Systems Facilitator to join the Digital Clinical Systems Team. The role involves home-based work with end users via phone/Teams and on-site support across BNSSG.

You will train staff on EMIS, Connecting Care and Adastra, and collaborate with IT teams to implement new processes. The role requires effective communication, flexibility, and occasional face-to-face meetings on large projects.

Job description

We are looking to recruit a Digital Clinical Systems Facilitator to join our Digital Clinical Systems Team.

The team provide clinical system support to end users adding data to electronic patient records across Sirona which covers community-based healthcare across BNSSG (Bristol, North Somerset and South Glos).

The role is part home based, connecting with end users via phone or Microsoft teams. We also support end users at multiple different sites across BNSSG, so having a clean driving license and access to a car is essential.

You will work within the Digital department and work alongside our IT Service Desk, Desktop Engineers, IT Training, Business Intelligence teams.

You will be expected to communicate effectively with our systems users; approach workload with a flexible attitude; meet face-to-face with end-users on large projects; support with hardware and digital clinical systems such as EMIS, Connecting Care, and Adastra; implement new processes/systems; deliver training.
