Job summary

Sirona care & health CIC seeks a Digital Clinical Systems Facilitator to support clinical systems across BNSSG. You will work with end users via phone/Teams, visit sites, and contribute to EMIS and other digital platforms.

The role requires a valid driving licence, home-based work, and close collaboration with IT Service Desk, Desktop Engineers, and BI teams within the Digital department.

Qualifications

• Good standard of education in English, Math and IT or business studies to A-level or equivalent.
• Intermediate or advanced Excel skills.
• Intermediate or advanced Visio skills.
• Experience of business process mapping.
• Valid driving licence and own transport.
• Evidence of on-going technical or systems development.
• ISEB business analysis qualification or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with system users and end-users.
• Support with hardware and digital clinical systems (e.g., EMIS, Connecting Care, Adastra).
• Implement new processes and systems.
• Deliver training to users and teams.
• Meet face-to-face with end-users on large projects.
