Job summary

Sirona care & health in England’s BNSSG area is seeking a Digital Clinical Systems Facilitator to support clinicians by managing EMIS, Connecting Care and Adastra across community services.

The role is partly home-based with travel to sites, involves training end users, implementing new processes, coordinating with IT Service Desk, and delivering hands-on support; a clean driving license is essential.

We are looking to recruit a Digital Clinical Systems Facilitator to join our Digital Clinical Systems Team.

The team provide clinical system support to end users adding data to electronic patient records across Sirona which covers community-based healthcare across BNSSG (Bristol, North Somerset and South Glos).

The role is part home based, connecting with end users via phone or Microsoft teams. We also support end users at multiple different sites across BNSSG, so having a clean driving license and access to a car is essential.

You will work within the Digital department and work alongside our IT Service Desk, Desktop Engineers, IT Training, Business Intelligence teams.

We have both a 12month and a 6month contract available.

You will be expected to communicate effectively with our systems users; approach workload with a flexible attitude; meet face-to-face with end-users on large projects; support with hardware and digital clinical systems such as EMIS, Connecting Care, and Adastra; implement new processes/systems; deliver training.
