Futures For All is seeking a Programme Support role to help deliver our work experience and charity programmes for young people. You will support schools, students and stakeholders, coordinating virtual and in-person activities and ensuring smooth delivery from registration to reporting.

The role requires experience in hosting events, content creation, and strong organisation, with CRM and Microsoft Outlook proficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience hosting virtual and in-person events for young people.
• Experience in creating and writing content for events.
• Experience in a delivery-focused role within a small, fast-paced organisation.
• Experience using Microsoft packages, including Outlook.
• Experience of using CRM software to achieve tasks above.
• Good customer service skills with clear, professional responses.
• Excellent organisation skills and ability to learn quickly for smooth delivery.
• Flexible and willing to help with any team tasks.
• Ability to communicate clearly with students about processes and opportunities.
• Sociable and confident in building relationships with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to organise workload and drive work forward independently.

Responsabilités

• Responding to enquiries from schools and students regarding application process and troubleshooting.
• Assisting with technical delivery processes using in-house and external partner software.
• Engaging and managing stakeholders to deliver virtual activities.
• Hosting virtual and in-person activities including work experience and talks; supporting attendance lists and safeguarding.
• Providing end-to-end technical hosting for partners, schools and students.
• Creating and developing content and structure of virtual activities and work placements.
• Data management and CRM; inputting data, maintaining records, generating reports.
