Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Youth Program Coordinator to design, manage, and oversee virtual youth development initiatives. The role requires a proactive individual who can engage young people and stakeholders through digital platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Youth Development, Education, Social Work, or a related field.
• Proven experience in coordinating or managing youth programs, preferably with a virtual component.
• Strong understanding of youth development principles and best practices.
• Excellent virtual communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Proficiency with online collaboration tools, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and video conferencing.
• Ability to work independently and foster a positive, engaging online environment for youth.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement virtual youth development programs and activities.
• Coordinate online mentorship and skill-building workshops for young people.
• Manage participant recruitment, registration, and ongoing engagement via digital channels.
• Develop and source age-appropriate online educational content and resources.
• Monitor program effectiveness and collect feedback from participants and facilitators.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance program delivery.
