Job summary

EY Foundation seeks a Programme Lead to drive the delivery of diverse employability programmes across the UK. The role reports to a Regional Programme Manager and requires established expertise in programme leadership and stakeholder engagement.

You will coordinate cross-hub activities, travel to Glasgow, Manchester, Birmingham, London or other areas as needed, and work within a dynamic charity environment focused on social mobility and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering programmes end-to-end for diverse groups.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of safeguarding, data protection, and information security principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead programme planning, recruitment, onboarding and training of participants, employers and volunteers.
• Develop and deliver programme curriculum and content.
• Manage stakeholders including schools, local authorities and corporate partners.
• Evaluate programme impact and recommend improvements.
• Analyse data and feedback from participants and partners.
• Oversee staff and volunteers in delivery of the programme.
• Represent the Foundation at internal and external events.
