Job summary

Futures For All, a prominent UK social mobility charity, is seeking a Delivery Partner Manager to lead a team of delivery partners and drive programme delivery with strong stakeholder engagement. You will ensure data integrity, manage capacity, and report on KPIs while upholding our values.

The role is a fixed-term MAT cover for 10 months with potential extension, remote UK working, and a salary of £41,323.60 rising to £44,727 after one year of service.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in social mobility, education, or careers programmes.
• Experience coordinating delivery of social mobility, education, or careers programmes.
• Clear communication and ability to build relationships with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience using Salesforce, Google Workspace, Power BI and Jira.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to drive work forward independently.
• Ability to learn quickly to ensure smooth delivery processes.
• Experience coordinating stakeholder engagement to support programme outputs.

Responsibilities

• Line management of delivery partners and Delivery Account Leads.
• Refine delivery processes in response to technology and external requirements.
• Monitor capacity and assignment of projects, flagship programmes and speakers.
• Manage flow of support requests with Head of Programme Support.
• Collaborate with Heads of Flagship Programmes and other teams for efficient delivery.
• Provide training and upskilling to delivery partners.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement and delivery support.
• Lead regular delivery meetings.
• Clarify how programmes are delivered and how the team can support.
• Update collateral and policies for work experience and Speakers for Schools delivery.
• Ensure delivery KPIs are met and report to Head of Programme Support.
• Follow manual processes when necessary and update systems.
• Maintain CRM data quality and GDPR compliance.
• Uphold Futures For All values of positivity, respect, and inclusivity.
• Ensure safeguarding best practice in all activity.
