Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced deck production specialists to help train a leading AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will review, proof, and quality-check outputs before executive or client delivery to ensure accuracy, formatting consistency, and brand compliance across core workflows.

This flexible role is remote and part-time (5–20 hours weekly) with ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a QA, editorial, or production role reviewing business documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for accuracy, formatting, and consistency before external delivery
• Sharp eye for formula errors, broken links, mismatched figures, and formatting drift across Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (or Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides) deliverables
• Expert‑level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Review, proof, and quality-check business documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks before external delivery
• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents across core workflows
• Audit formatting, formulas, links, and consistency across Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (or Google Docs, Sheets, Slides) deliverables
