Qualifications

• 4+ years as Site Reliability Engineer, Incident Commander, or on-call lead.
• Experience writing or reviewing blameless postmortems and root-cause analyses.
• Excellent document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with strong written communication.

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Review production incidents and contribute to on-call runbooks and postmortems.
