Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced product researchers to help train an AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated outputs across core workflows with a focus on usable, insight-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years conducting customer or user research (interviews, usability testing, surveys) with ownership of the full study lifecycle from discussion guide to insight synthesis
• Fluency with thematic coding methods, survey design/statistics, and translating raw research data into usability test findings decks and journey map documents
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Develop moderated usability test findings decks and journey maps translating insights into product recommendations.
• Design studies, interview syntheses, and screener criteria supporting research programs.
