Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced strategy consultants to help train an advanced language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated materials across client-ready decks, market analyses, operating models, and business cases.

This flexible, remote role offers 5–20 hours per week with ASAP start. Requires 5+ years in management consulting or corporate strategy and expert-level document craftsmanship in Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in management consulting or internal corporate strategy, with direct ownership of client-ready strategy decks and executive steering committee materials
• Fluency with structured problem-solving frameworks, operating model redesign, and building sensitivity-tested business case models in Excel and PowerPoint
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated strategy documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Develop client-ready strategy decks and executive materials.
• Perform market entry and competitive positioning analyses.
• Lead operating model redesign workshops and deliverables.
• Build sensitivity-tested business cases in Excel.
• Synthesize stakeholder interviews for engagement diagnostics.
• Create implementation roadmaps and change management playbooks.
