Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced presentation design leads to train AI language models on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. This is a fully remote, flexible role with 5-20 hours per week and an ASAP start.

Candidates should have 4+ years in a top consulting, banking, or agency presentation team and expert-level PowerPoint skills, including master templates and brand systems, plus strong written communication.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a presentation design or visual graphics team at a top consulting firm, bank, or agency.
• Expert-level PowerPoint skills including master templates, complex exhibits, and brand systems.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: slide layout, template design, exhibits, charts, visual hierarchy and brand systems.
• Support rapid turnaround slide fixes and ensure deck production is brand-compliant.
