Job summary

Ethos is seeking senior product managers to help train a language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle from PRD to go-to-market, designing roadmaps and evaluating AI-generated outputs.

This flexible, remote role requires 4+ years of product management experience, strong written communication, and the ability to translate experiments into shipped features. Work 5-20 hours weekly on a schedule that suits you.

Qualifications

• 4+ years owning the full lifecycle from PRD authorship through roadmap prioritization and launch execution.
• Direct experience designing or reading A/B test experiment readouts and translating results into shipped product decisions.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-assisted outputs and related roadmaps, PRDs, and launch plans.
• Synthesize user research, manage stakeholder updates, and prepare executive-level product updates.
