Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced sales training managers to help train its latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. The role focuses on creating, evaluating, and refining AI-generated decks across workflows such as first-call decks, playbooks, battlecards, product launches, and messaging frameworks.

This is a fully remote, flexible commitment of 5–20 hours per week (or more if desired), starting ASAP, with compensation at $70 per hour.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in sales enablement, product marketing enablement, or field readiness.
• Portfolio of sales decks and playbooks adopted by large sales teams.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks.
• Develop decks across workflows: first-call decks, sales playbooks, battlecards, product launch enablement decks, training presentations, and messaging frameworks.
