Ethos is seeking experienced HR generalists to help train an AI language model by crafting high-quality professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will own the creation and refinement of job descriptions, offers, policy materials, and performance-review templates while supporting HR operations at a flexible, part-time level.

This fully remote role requires 4+ years in HR functions and strong written communication, with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as an HR generalist, recruiter, or people operations professional.
• Direct ownership of writing job descriptions, offer letters, HR policy, or performance-review materials.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core HR workflows.
• Develop job descriptions, interview scorecards, offer letters, compensation rationale, HR policy, and handbook drafting.
• Manage headcount and compensation-band trackers.
