Job summary

HR Path Group is seeking a skilled WFM Implementation Consultant to drive Dayforce WFM configurations, requirements gathering, testing and client readiness. You will work with client SMEs to build confidence, maintain delivery momentum and ensure successful go-lives with minimal hyper-care issues.

Progression to senior roles comes with stronger delivery, deeper technical expertise, and the ability to guide clients and colleagues confidently across multi-country projects within the HR digital

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce management, time and attendance, scheduling or HCM implementation.
• Strong attention to detail with a structured approach to testing and problem solving.
• Client-focused, proactive communication and delivery mindset.
• Ability to work at pace and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements gathering and design workshops to identify gaps.
• Configure Dayforce WFM against requirements including time capture and pay policies.
• Validate configuration and test everyday processes and exceptions.
• Own activities through to completion and raise blockers early.
