Job summary

Team Wheel Limited is seeking an experienced Dayforce Consultant to combine strong system configuration with strategic business consulting. You will engage clients to understand HR, payroll and workforce challenges, improve processes, and configure Dayforce to fit the business.

This remote role involves some travel to client sites and company meet-ups, and you will lead discovery sessions and translate findings into practical Dayforce solutions.

Qualifications

• Dayforce experience spanning implementation, optimisation or support.
• Strong HR, payroll and workforce management understanding.
• Ability to run discovery sessions and translate needs into configuration.

Responsibilities

• Lead client workshops to understand current HR, payroll, time, attendance and workforce management processes.
• Review existing configuration and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Translate business requirements into practical Dayforce design and configuration.
• Challenge inefficient or overly complex processes and recommend simpler, more scalable alternatives.
• Configure, test and support Dayforce modules.
• Support data, reporting, workflow, policy, pay, scheduling, absence and design discussions.
• Work closely with project managers, client stakeholders and other consultants to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Support testing, issue resolution, UAT preparation and go-live readiness.
• Produce clear documentation, configuration notes, recommendations and action plans.
• Help clients understand not just what the system can do, but what they should do from a process and operating model perspective.
• Support post-go-live optimisation, managed services and continuous improvement work.
