Job summary

Team Wheel Limited is seeking an experienced Dayforce Talent Consultant to lead the talent side of our Dayforce implementations, optimisation projects and managed services. You will translate messy requirements to a clean, well-adopted configuration that HR and hiring managers actually use.

You will work across Dayforce projects with our Core HR, payroll and workforce management consultants, guiding discovery, design, configuration, testing and go-live for Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance,

Qualifications

• Hands-on Dayforce experience with Talent modules (Recruiting & Onboarding plus related modules).
• Ability to translate client needs into practical Dayforce configuration.
• Experience running client workshops and communicating options clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and design workshops for Dayforce Talent modules.
• Translate requirements into Dayforce configuration and workflows.
• Configure, test and document Talent module setup to Team Wheel standards.
• Support go-live, hypercare and post-go-live optimisation.
