Reconomy is seeking a Customer Services Data Coordinator to collect, input and maintain supplier service data while ensuring accuracy and timely transfers into Salesforce. You will liaise with suppliers, resolve data discrepancies with the Customer Service teams, and help meet reporting and invoicing deadlines.

Based in the UK with a predominately home-based setup and occasional attendance at the Telford office, you’ll join a team focused on data quality and service delivery across our circular

Responsabilidades

• Collect, input and maintain supplier service data.
• Identify and request missing data.
• Liaise with suppliers to obtain data for containerised waste services.
• Ensure accurate transfer of data into Salesforce platform.
• Collaborate with Customer Service to resolve data discrepancies.
• Complete data transfers to meet reporting and invoicing deadlines.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal/external contacts to meet targets.
• Maintain knowledge of Reconomy's products and services.
