You will coach the team, plan workloads, and manage complex customer queries while collaborating with IT and operations to resolve issues. A strong GDPR/data security mindset is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• You’ll have experience managing a support, customer service or administration team within a busy, data-focused environment.
• Highly organised and confident using business systems, you’ll bring strong attention to detail, clear communication and a practical approach to problem-solving.
• An understanding of GDPR and secure information handling is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the support and administration team.
• Plan workloads, set priorities and maintain high service standards.
• Keep customer data accurate across business systems.
• Oversee onboarding, setup, renewals and ongoing support.
• Monitor connectivity, data usage, records and stock allocation.
• Manage complex customer queries, troubleshooting and escalations.
• Coordinate customer training and ensure data requests are handled securely.
• Work with technical teams to resolve issues and improve systems and processes.
