Reconomy is seeking a Customer Services Data Coordinator in Telford. You will input and maintain supplier data, transfer data into Salesforce, and liaise with suppliers to ensure accuracy and timely reporting.

The role combines home-based working with occasional meetings at the office, supporting the Recycle Loop Outsourcing team. You will need strong communication, time management and attention to detail, with a collaborative approach to resolve data discrepancies and support client invoicing

Responsabilidades

• Collect, input and maintain supplier service data across the Reconomy Recycle Loop Outsourcing business.
• Identify and request missing data.
• Liaise with suppliers in various formats to obtain data for containerised waste services.
• Ensure accurate transfer of data from supplier reports or portals into Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Customer Service to resolve data discrepancies and reduce supplier invoice queries.
• Complete data transfers in a timely manner to meet client reporting and invoicing deadlines.
• Establish strong relationships with suppliers and internal/external contacts to meet targets.
• Maintain updated knowledge of all Reconomy's products and services including in-house apps.

We're looking for a Customer Services Data Coordinator to join us. Could this be you? This role is predominantly home based, offering the flexibility of remote working while remaining connected to the wider team. You'll need to live within a commutable distance of our Telford office, as occasional attendance will be required for meetings, training and team collaboration.

About the role

• You will collect, input and maintain supplier service data across the Reconomy Recycle Loop Outsourcing business.
• Identify and request missing data.
• Liaise with suppliers through various formats to obtain data relating to containerised waste services.
• Ensure accurate transfer of data from supplier reports or online Portals into the Reconomy Salesforce platform.
• Liaise with Customer Service Teams to resolve data discrepancies and help ensure clean and accurate data is presented to customers and help reduce supplier invoice queries.
• Complete data transfers in a timely manner to meet clients reporting and invoicing deadlines.
• Establish strong working relationships with suppliers and internal or external business contacts to ensure departmental targets are met.
• Maintain updated knowledge of all Reconomy's products and services including in-house apps.
