Vantage Consulting is seeking a results-driven BMS Sales Manager for the Data Centre sector in the UK. This field-based, predominantly remote role focuses on identifying and securing new business, building relationships with owners, operators, consultants and contractors.

Access to Thames Valley office available when required. You will interpret client specifications, develop bespoke BMS solutions, present technical and commercial proposals and maintain a healthy sales pipeline while supporting

Qualificações

• Proven sales experience in Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Strong understanding of BMS solutions and building controls.
• Experience developing customer relationships and generating new business.
• Ability to interpret client specifications and produce detailed BMS points lists.
• Strong technical understanding of BMS architecture, control strategies and field devices.
• Commercial awareness with negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage with end users, consultants, contractors and key decision-makers.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, develop and secure new BMS opportunities in the Data Centre sector.
• Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
• Develop relationships with Data Centre owners, operators, consultants and contractors.
• Meet targets for sales and business growth.
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals.
• Interpret client specifications and develop BMS solutions for projects.
• Produce detailed BMS points lists and system scope documents.
• Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to meet customer requirements.
• Attend customer meetings, networking events and industry functions.
• Monitor market trends and growth opportunities.
• Manage strategic customer accounts and support retention.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasting and reporting.
• Promote BMS solutions and wider service offering to the Data Centre market.
