Job summary

BMSI is recruiting a Building Management Systems Sales Manager to drive new business within the Data Centre sector. The role combines strong commercial ability with BMS technical knowledge to engage clients, consultants and contractors, developing bespoke solutions and managing the full sales cycle.

Based in the UK, the position is largely remote with optional office base at Maidenhead. You will travel to meet clients, nurture relationships and achieve sales targets while promoting BMSI’s market

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in the Building Management Systems industry.
• Ability to interpret client specifications and develop BMS solutions.
• Strong technical understanding of BMS architecture and control strategies.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new BMS opportunities in the Data Centre sector.
• Develop a healthy sales pipeline and manage key accounts.
• Present technical and commercial proposals to clients and stakeholders.
• Engage with consultants, contractors and end users to win new business.
• Travel within the UK to meet clients and support opportunities.
