Job summary

SEPHORA UK, part of the LVMH family, is seeking a Data Analyst on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract to support Ecommerce and Digital teams by delivering accurate reporting, actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.

Working closely with Ecommerce, Marketing and CRM, you will monitor performance, analyse customer behaviour and provide clear summaries and data visualisations to inform business decisions in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain dashboards and reporting that track key ecommerce and digital performance metrics.
• Analyse customer, website and trading data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support Ecommerce, Digital Marketing and CRM teams with data analysis and reporting.
• Create data visualisations using Power BI and other reporting tools.
