Job summary

SEPHORA UK is seeking an Omnichannel Forecasting Analyst on a fixed‑term contract until April 2027. You will drive sales and margin forecasting across Retail and E‑Commerce, delivering insight‑led predictions to guide trading, planning and operations.

In this role you will own monthly forecasting, collaborate with Omni Trading, Category Management, E‑Commerce and Finance, and partner with BI to optimise trading activity across channels.

Qualifications

• Proven forecasting experience in a commercial analytics role, preferably in omnichannel/retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting across Retail and E‑Commerce, driving top‑line and margin accuracy.
• Forecast SEPHORA Collection by store and channel in collaboration with category/trading teams.
• Create detailed E‑commerce forecasts by day, week, month and year.
• Translate online sales into operational forecasts to guide Supply Chain planning.
• Own monthly forecasting meetings with senior leadership, highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Partner with BI and Finance to align budgets, plans and reforecasts.
