Qualifications

• Experience as a data analyst in housing, local government, or public sector.
• Strong data analysis, reporting, and data quality skills.
• Ability to manage multiple work streams and monitor milestones, risks, actions and dependencies.
• Experience coordinating with project leads and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the lead analyst on priority data cleansing and improvement for MRI housing asset management system.
• Support data validation, cleansing and quality improvement activities.
• Monitor and report progress of projects across the team.
• Follow up on actions and highlight slippage to ensure delivery.
• Assist with project coordination reporting and stakeholder engagement.
