Job summary

Warwick District Council is seeking an Asset Data Analyst to join our Housing Assets team. You will support the collection, maintenance and analysis of housing stock data and help coordinate the annual Stock Condition Survey Programme.

You will provide information to support investment planning and our Asset Management Strategy. The role is primarily home-based with hybrid travel to offices/sites in Warwick District as required.

Qualifications

• Degree-level education or equivalent.
• Experience with large datasets and data analysis.
• Experience in report writing and data-driven recommendations.
• Experience liaising directly with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Good ICT skills including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Commitment to training and your personal and professional development.

• Full driving licence and/or access to appropriate transport.
