Elevate Projects Ltd. is hiring an experienced Asset Data Officer on a contract basis to manage asset and property compliance data. The role is largely remote with occasional office visits for meetings, supporting compliance, investment planning and operational decision-making.

You will input, validate and quality-check data across systems, handle statutory compliance data, and produce reports to support asset management teams. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualificações

• Experience with asset management, property or housing databases.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills including data analysis, filtering, sorting and reporting.
• Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to data management.
• Experience of data validation, cleansing and quality assurance.
• Understanding of housing asset management and property compliance data.
• Ability to analyse information and identify discrepancies or trends.
• Strong IT skills and ability to learn and use different software packages quickly.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with property and compliance professionals.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and update asset management, property and compliance data across multiple systems.
• Input, validate and quality-check property and asset information for accuracy.
• Manage data related to statutory compliance (fire safety, gas, electrical, asbestos, lifts, etc.).
• Use asset management databases to maintain and interrogate information.
• Analyse large datasets using Microsoft Excel and produce reports.
• Identify data discrepancies and undertake investigations to resolve them.
• Assist with data cleansing, validation and improvement projects.
• Support management information and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with surveyors, compliance teams and contractors to keep asset information accurate.
• Maintain audit trails and ensure data is managed per procedures.
