Job summary

Warwick District Council is seeking an Asset Data Analyst to support the collection, maintenance and analysis of housing stock data, and to help coordinate the annual Stock Condition Survey Programme.

You will provide information to support investment planning and our Asset Management Strategy, liaising with clients and stakeholders while delivering accurate, timely insights in a hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• Degree-level education or equivalent.
• Experience of working with large datasets and communicating results.
• Experience in report writing with data-driven recommendations.
• Experience liaising with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Good ICT skills: Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Commitment to training and development and equal opportunities.
