Job summary

Bernicia is seeking an Asset Data Analyst to support the Asset Management Strategy, maintaining asset records and producing reports to inform housing portfolio decisions. The role is flexible – Durham/Ashington with home working and a 37-hour week.

Salary is £32,253 per annum, permanent contract. Responsibilities include data maintenance, analysis and reporting; ensuring data accuracy; and supporting compliance and investment planning while working with databases and GIS/MRI systems where

Qualifications

Excellent IT skills including Excel and mobile data collection tools.
Experience using database systems for property/asset data analysis.
Experience maintaining and updating asset records/databases.
Ability to interpret, organise and present complex data clearly.
Strong organisational skills and ability to handle varied workload.
Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities.
Timely production of routine reports and updates.
Full driving licence.

Responsibilities

Deliver day-to-day maintenance, analysis and reporting of asset and property data.
Support day-to-day operational activity, compliance reporting and investment planning.
