Job summary

Mears Housing Management is seeking a Data Analyst to support the Property Management Platform (PMP) transformation for the AASC contract. The role will turn PMP data into clear insights, improve data quality, and support reporting and confident operational decision-making.

You will work with strong SQL, Excel and PowerBI skills, developing dashboards and KPI information, while contributing to data validation and process improvements across national sites.

Qualifications

• Experience analysing, validating and reporting on complex operational data.
• Strong SQL skills with experience writing queries across multiple views.
• Advanced Excel skills including XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, PivotTables and complex formulas.
• Experience using PowerBI for dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Ability to identify trends and translate data into concise insights.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organise, analyse and interpret programme data.
• Identify issues, trends, risks and insights to support decision-making.
• Develop reports, dashboards and KPI information.
