Job summary

Enfield Council is seeking an Asset Data Analyst to help turn housing asset information into actionable insights. The role sits in the Building Safety & Asset Data Team, reporting to the Senior Data Analyst, and supports data quality, investment planning and informed decision-making across Council Housing.

You will work with large datasets, validate data, and develop dashboards and reports to drive compliance and service improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in housing asset data or similar datasets.
• Ability to produce reports and data insights.

Responsibilities

• Analyse, validate and maintain housing asset data to ensure accuracy, consistency and completeness
• Produce reports, dashboards and data insights to support compliance, investment planning and service improvement
• Support the management and development of the Asset Management System and associated datasets
• Undertake data cleansing, reconciliation and quality assurance activities
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and contractors to improve data collection and governance processes
• Assist in the development of new reporting tools, systems and ways of working to enhance data-driven decision making
