Aster Group is seeking an Asset Intelligence Officer to join our Strategic Asset Data team. You will transform data into insights to shape investment planning, compliance and service delivery. This role supports multiple systems and requires strong collaboration across property investment and asset management teams.

You’ll analyze data, create dashboards, and map processes to drive improvements. Flexible working includes remote work with required travel across the operating region.

Qualifications

• Experience in asset management or social housing
• Proven data/analytical experience
• Strong Excel and BI tooling experience

Responsibilities

• Analyse asset data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Produce reports, dashboards and insights using Excel and Power BI
• Map current processes and help design improved solutions
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver solutions
• Support data integration and consistency across systems
