Job summary

Darktrace is seeking Solutions Engineers to support our sales teams with technical pre-sales and post-sales engagements, partnering with Account Executives to drive revenue and adoption of our AI-driven cybersecurity products.

You will be the go-to technical contact for clients, partners and internal teams, delivering POV engagements, Threat Intelligence presentations, and custom integrations while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates with a technical background and existing sales engineer experience in pre-sales/post-sales engagements are welcome.
• Strong interest in cybersecurity with knowledge of network devices and security systems (e.g. Cisco, Juniper, Firewalls, IDA, IPS, SIEM).
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to share complex technical information clearly.
• Ability to work in a team, deliver to deadlines and build lasting business relationships.

Responsibilities

• Act as the go-to technical contact between clients, partners and internal teams.
• Support full end-to-end sales processes and deliver POV (Proof of Value) engagements.
• Present Threat Intelligence Reports to diverse audiences, including technical teams and executives.
• Design and build client integrations and define solution architectures.
