Job summary

Darktrace is seeking a Technical Success Manager to blend deep technical knowledge with customer advocacy and commercial awareness. You will partner with security, IT, and technical stakeholders to drive adoption and measurable value from cybersecurity technology.

As a remote role with travel expectations of at least two times per year, you’ll collaborate with Account Executives, Solutions Engineering, Professional Services, Support, and Renewals to assess customer health, adoption progress and

Qualifications

• Fluent in both French and English.
• 3+ years in a technical, customer-facing role such as CSM, TSM, TACM, or similar.
• Understanding of enterprise cybersecurity, networking, cloud, SaaS, or infrastructure.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear guidance for customers and internal teams.
• Comfort engaging with security engineers, SOC analysts, system administrators, and executives.
• Strong communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with customer security and IT teams to understand priorities and success outcomes.
• Create practical technical success plans to drive platform adoption and measurable value.
• Identify high-value use cases that integrate the platform into daily security operations.
• Monitor product usage and health indicators to spot adoption gaps and renewal risks early.
• Guide customers from deployment to active use, accelerating Time-to-Value and reducing handover friction.
• Lead mitigation planning for blockers, gaps, and health risks.
• Provide technical health insights to renewal readiness, QBRs, and account strategy.
• Surface opportunities for expansion in partnership with the Account Executive.
• Capture and communicate product feedback, risks, and success requirements internally.
